DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS
We use PayPal and MercadoPago service to collect payments. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you our products and services.

We store your purchase data and related transactions in databases and transit through our application. However, we do not store information about the payment method you use to purchase products or subscribe to services. We keep your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payments:
To complete your purchase, PayPal or MercadoPago (depending on which way you make your purchase) will store your credit card details. All data is encrypted through the Standard Data Security of the Industrial Payment Cards (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only to the extent necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After it is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as indicated by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the safe handling of credit card information from stores and their service providers.


THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Generally, third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, some third-party service providers, such as payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for transactions related to purchases.

COOKIES

session: A unique key that allows Tuaris to identify you as a system user. Without this identifier, it is not possible to use the application. Its duration is for the session of use only.

passport: Unique key that allows Tuaris to identify you as a visitor to the site globally, assign you access permissions to private documents of users (third parties) who publish documents through our service. If you do not allow the use of this cookie or you delete it, your access to certain documents may be restricted. With this cookie you can reload a document that you have previously accessed. Some documents have a limit on users who can access them, if your cookie is whitelisted, you can access them. This cookie does not contain any personal information, and its duration is permanent.

tag: It is an identifier key that we use to provide you with optimized access to our servers.

_ga and _ga_XYZ (where "XYZ" consists of several characters and digits generated by Google servers): Google Analytics uses cookies to record the number of visits, frequency, browsing sequences, among others. Please refer to the Google Analytics service for more details.


MINORS
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. However, children of all ages may use Tuaris (where available) if allowed by a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.


CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons at any time; please review it frequently.
